Burritos Experience
Junior started his first taco stand in Guadalajara at 15, then worked his way from prep cook to kitchen manager in Virginia and found inspiration in Chicago. In 2017 his love for his daughter and his community started the Big Boss journey: a food truck first, then a home in Elizabeth City, NC.
