FROM SMALL BEGINNINGS…
At 15 years old, Junior followed his passion for food and started his first taco stand in Guadalajara Jalisco Mexico. A few years later, he moved to Virginia to work at his uncle’s restaurant and quickly moved up the ranks from prep cook to kitchen manager. With that experience under his belt, Junior ventured to Chicago to gain inspiration before taking root in Elizabeth City to bring his Boss ideas to life.
